I love this program! Traci and Enrique are very knowledgeable about it. They take special & specific care of all participants.Darkside is not only a great program; we are a big happy family who wants to be heathy and in good shape.

Great place for any level! Beginner group is great if you're not sure where to start. We meet 3 days a week. I have been going since September and feel very welcomed and love the group. I thought I wouldn't like group workouts but everyone motivates you!
