Amazing environment! They offer great coaching for any level and give their best from every scaled option to an RX workout. The friends you make at CFCS become family. They push you out of your comfort zone and challenge you to be the best version of yourself. I plan everything I do around not missing my workouts. It is the BEST part of my day!!
I joined this fabulous family of CrossFitters over two years ago and it changed my life! I’m 58 and feel better than I have in my younger years. The coaches are fantastic and are very concentrated on form and making sure people are doing workouts correctly. I’m the time I’ve been there, I’ve never had an injury or pulled muscle! I love this place!
By far the best thing I have done for my physical fitness and health since rock climbing in college. I attend the ignite class 3 times a week. After a month my wife noticed the definition coming back in my legs and its been progress ever sense.The coaches are top notch, the environment challenges you without overwhelming you, and there is a great sense of community that I haven't found at any other gym.Give it a shot, progress doesn't happen from thinking about doing something.
