In any business, it is the front-line employees who make it or break it. Carey has always had the best of the best but sometimes workers come and go and they are a hard act to follow. On my recent winter service, I was fortunate to have met Josh, one of their newer technicians. He was polite, listened to my concerns, and worked to assure me all was well and was ready for the cold. I took time to chat with him and learn about who he was and why he was there. He's a keeper. Thanks, Carey, for another job well done.
Called Carey Heating and Air at 7:57 this morning, they were able to get me in for an appointment. Josh the technician was amazing. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He gladly answered my 50 million questions. ? I was so pleased with the customer service and the technical service that I signed up for a Maintenance Agreement. I’m 100% a satisfied customer.
Their Service Tech Jason was fantastic. We talked on the phone and I explained my issue at my Commercial building and within one and a half hours the problem was fixed for less than $250. Jason, as well as this whole company is top-notch with great service and great pricing. Highly recommend.
