We had a system that was under warranty and first reached out to the person that did the install, as was the recommendation we received from the manufacturer. After being told several times they were coming, eventually, the original installer stopped replying to our follow-ups of when we might expect to get help with the issue.
After contacting Brown’s, the process was nothing but smooth to get the issue resolved. Kirk took it upon himself to ensure the warranty on the part that went bad was honored by the manufacturer.
