Each time that I enter the office staff greets me with a warm welcome and the vibe is very comforting so I'm at ease while waiting, the wait time is very quick. The hygienist are amazing offering a gentle pat on the shoulder while the dentist is inserting the numbing medicine, distracting me from any discomfort. The dentist Dr. Brian Gibbs is incredible, caring and knowledgeable. He makes sure that I am comfortable in knowing that it's important to let him know if I feel any discomfort. All while checking on me every minute while performing the procedures. Making it clear that my well being is his first priority. His work is magnificent! Prior to his work, I was so ashamed of my face due to the fact that my previous dentist's crowns didn't hold up and financially I was unable to have them fixed so I settled with dentures. I haven't been satisfied or comfortable smiling until now. He made me a top plate that looks amazing, fits just right and he made sure that I was satisfied with it and reassured me that if needed we could make changes, no problem. That sense of reassurance itself was very professional and caring. He is now working on my bottom teeth, he just finished a crown, not only is it beautiful, it looks real, feels real and most important of all it is strong. I thank God that I found this dental practice because my self esteem is on the rise and I am not afraid to look in the mirror anymore due to the change dentures made to my face. His work restored some of my natural look and I cannot wait until he has finished my bottom teeth! On the way out check out is quick, she makes sure my next appointment suits my needs, shes so kind and appointment reminders are set just right! I look forward to the dentist.
