If you are looking for a place that wants you to go back to having seizures because you have nerve problems just so you can get gabapentin for pain. They'll make you chose between life threatening seizure and life threatening pain. You can't win here. Not with Tyler anyway. Daniel

Went there to be diagnosed for HEDS. Was told I needed genetic testing for it that doesn't exist. HEDS has no known genetic markers for testing. Was sent to a PA instead of MD that is supposed to diagnose HEDS. Even worse I had the national institute of medicine documentation for evaluation on my phone but was ignored like I didn't know anything. Horrible place and a waste of my $75. Horrible experience!!!!

I've always been seen quickly and I was treated with respect and all the staff was very caring and Dr,Cooney listens to what you have to say and he'll do his best to make sure you get the right medication ? you need. I l9ve this place and so dose my kids...and that says alot?

The billing department is NOT able to differentiate co-pays and no co-pays required...My insurance plan has no co-pays I pay extra for that plan.BEWARNED don't pay if you don't owe.I feel like that they are just not doing their job.

I love this place for my family. They have always been friendly. I was dreading finding a new doctor when we relocated but they've been wonderful. We've seen several doctors there when our doctor has been unavailable and they've all been great.

I brought my fiancé here because of something rather serious and we wanted to check here before we went to Lexington for an opinion. He was in there for 10 minutes, given a false diagnosis, and prescribed medication he didn’t even need once we went to another doctor. He also paid $75 for absolutely nothing.

We have found our new family provider in Raven Jordan. She is knowledgeable and kind. She helped our family through what could’ve been a hard time with COVID-19.
