Took my boy Bronco for his very first dock diving lesson today, and it went great! The facility is fantastic, and the setup made it so easy for him to build his confidence in the water and learn where the exit steps are. The staff is very kind and helpful. The trainer was wonderful and made his first experience in the water so positive. She was also happy to answer any questions I had. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Tin Woof Inn Pet Retreat - Ashland!

DO NOT BOARD HERE! THEY KILLED MY DOG! This happened at their Frankfort location . We boarded our frenchie named Phil there for the week of 4th of July to attend a wedding in Mexico City. The day of the wedding as we’re getting dressed I received a phone call from an employee there, letting me know that Phil had passed away her exact words were “Phil is dead” and proceeded to ask me with no time to process where I would like his remains to be taken. No explanation was offered I asked what happened and she said she didn’t know he was found inside his kennel, Which later I found out was a lie. He was left outside in the July heat.I requested he be taken to a veterinary hospital near me that we have used before and they felt that was too far away, and took him to a vet of their choice completely out of my way. I demanded a necropsy be performed as Phil was only 2yrs old and in perfect health! The necropsy report came back saying he had passed away due to a heat stroke. Since their call on the Fourth of July, I have not heard from them. They have shown no consideration, or concern for the pain they caused my family and I. Any communication has been initiated by me in hopes that I can somehow be compensated or feel some kind of remorse or concern from them. Money won’t bring our Phil back but they should be liable in some way and pay in some way for the cruel way they handled our sweet boy’s death. The way they handled this is just cruel and evil and they should not be left to care for our precious pets. Our Philly died due to their carelessness and negligence and they should be held accountable. We miss our sweet boy everyday, he was a loved member of our family and I’m in awe of their lack of empathy and concern for the pain they have inflicted upon my family and I. No one should have to go through this! I waited this long to post this because I was truly hoping they would come through and show consideration. I was trying to show grace and give them the benefit of the doubt.

The staff at TWI Ashland were very accommodating to all of my request for my pack of 8. They have their quirks and can be hard to deal with sometimes as they’re all rescues with a past. They eased my mind with leaving them there and always received great reports every time I called to check on them.

We drive an hour to get here for dock diving lessons and to sometimes rent the pool so our dog can play in it for an hour. Very friendly and good place. Also really good prices

Best place to take your fur-family! My niece, Arya Lynn Waddell is absolutely thriving here. She gets tons of socialization, swimming, and playtime.

We have used Tim Woof six times in the last few months. Our four dogs are very well taken care of and the staff treat them like family. Love the big yard for them to play. Would highly recommend them!
