Took our Akita there and they did a great job with her thicker coat and her uneasiness with new people. When I arrived to pick her up, she was happy and not timid anymore which tells me she was treated great and loved her experience. She smelled great, the white on her coat was white again and the price was great for what they did. Also, didn't have to wait weeks on end, got us in very promptly. Can't recommend them enoough.
