Woke up to our heat out. ? Called GHAC and that afternoon they had the issue repaired and our heat running again. Their tech was kind and knowledgeable. We have used this company before and will continue to use them in the future!
We hands down had the best experience! From the first call to the last part of the install on our new house—it was all great. If you are looking at other companies or other options, you will get no better than General. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, and they always put us first. Shawn Ginn just performed my spring maintenance on my heat pump today. As always, he was very professional and knowledgeable, and has a great personality. He has maintained and repaired my system for years now, so it has lasted years beyond its expected useful life.
