So caring, gentle, helpful. It’s nice to make a genuine connection with caregivers. Not pushy, didn’t try to sell me on what I don’t need, just helped when in needed it. I don’t trust easily, but I trust the staff here and Dr. Swann.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Swann. He is so down-to-earth and immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable, which means a lot because I’m usually very anxious around doctors. He was friendly, patient, and explained everything step-by-step as we went along. I truly felt heard and listened to throughout the entire visit.
I even noticed a significant improvement in my neck and shoulder pain after just the first appointment, which was such a relief. Sonya at the front desk was amazing as well—so sweet, kind, and welcoming.

I just can not even begin to explain how glad I am I have found this place, the staff is amazing and Dr. Swann is so down to earth. He talks to you and goes in depth about the problems your having. I cannot recommend this place and Dr. Swann enough. If you're looking for someone personable and someone who'll take the time to help you understand your problems, he's definitely what you're looking for.
