Walmart Vision & Glasses

My 4-year old needed glasses, I was worried about how she would handle the process (picking them out, trying them on, coming back for the fitting, etc.). We received help from 2 staff who were both incredibly nice, very helpful, and worked as quickly as possible knowing I had a 4-year old! The doctor (who was so good with my daughter) marked her bifocal location on the lenses. The glasses were a great price and made quickly (within a week). We took her to Children's for a follow up eye appt, and the doc there said the bifocal line was placed perfectly on the lenses and said it is rare to not have them re-made/re-adjusted. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tracy. She was professional, helpful, kind, considerate.... I wonder with some of these reviews if she was merely responding to the energy she was receiving. My daughter and I went here for our eye exams and glasses and overall, the experience was pretty good. Dr. Lameier is great, and he answers all your questions and is funny. Most of the staff is nice and helpful. There are a couple of things that I wish was a tad different, but overall, I would return. Here are the things that I wish was different and some might sound petty to some, but for me they are kind of frustrating.-We have been using Walmart optical for several years.
