Great experience at Heineke Vet Hospital. Our dog is extremely sensitive when it comes to his nails. All of our previous vets ignored us and ended up hurting themselves and our dog. At Heineke they listened and everything went smoothly. We will definitely go here from now on.

The entire office staff was very nice and listened to every need/concern we had. We took our Bloodhound to get his overgrown nails trimmed. He does NOT like his paws being touched or held down. The vet tried using a sedative two ways that worked for our big guy. They explained everything to us that they were going to do/try. They even followed up the day after to make sure our dog was doing okay after the sedation. I’ve never had a vet show that type of care.

I have been bringing my fur baby (dog), Bubba, to Heineke Veterinary Hospital for over six years, and that long history is exactly why I continue to trust this practice. Bubba has anxiety and can be uncomfortable in many settings, but he has always felt safe and genuinely happy here. The staff has consistently treated him with patience, kindness, and care, and that peace of mind is invaluable as a pet parent. Recently, we went through a difficult situation, and while it was not easy to navigate, the way Dr. Brandon and the team handled it reaffirmed everything I value about this practice. It is rare to find a veterinary office that leads with integrity, listens openly, and takes accountability when something doesn’t go as smoothly as it should. The compassion and professionalism shown meant more than I can express. This experience ultimately reinforced why I chose Heineke in the first place—not just for medical expertise, but for the people. Amazing Vet. We have moved from the area recently but wanted to express our love for Heineke. Our cockapoo was always treated with kindness by the techs and Dr. Brandon. They listened to my concerns, offered their opinions and diagnosis, then I was able to decide how I wanted to proceed. My favorite thing would have to be their flexibility. There were times where they were able to squeeze my dog in early morning to accommodate his emergencies. Thank you to all there for keeping my dog healthy and happy!

The staff at Heineke Veterinary Hospital is the best! Dr. Brandon took very good care of my SammyJo during some dental and cyst removal surgery. Communication during the procedure was much appreciated. Kreslell spoke with me after the procedure and put a nervous “dog mom” at ease with instructions for care.
