Went in with high hopes , recently learned that this place was under new management. Recent reviews were pretty decent. I have lived in the northern Kentucky area now for almost a year. I've been to five different salons to do my nails. Not had any luck with results versus the high extreme prices. While at a glance, my nails look pretty good. However, on further inspection they are actually lumpy. Not quite sure how dip nails turn out Lumpy but my nails are extremely lumpy they are not smooth. I give up. I flipping give up. There is no salon that can do decent nails in this area. There just isn't

I went there a couple years ago and the lady messed my nails up, I have returned because a young married couple bought them out and they do a great job on me and my best friend also goes there and loves Jackie and his wife!Services: Manicures

Okay this place has bad reviews but it is under new ownership now as of like a week ago. So those reviews are the last owners. I took my daughter here for a full set gel polish long and coffin shape. Was costly but she did get her nails rather long and did use gel polish. The place was so amazingly spotless, no strong odor. The people were so nice and polite and they had the most adorable baby. And cutest little girl too. I recently moved to the area and this is the best place around where you’ll be treated with respect and your business is truly appreciated. They aren’t running like an assembly line and rushing through customers. They actually try to do a good job...read full review
