From entering to exiting, all the staff are described as ridiculously kind and compassionate. They work hard to specifically pinpoint areas of need, leading to very good results. One patient, after working with Morgan, reported zero pain from shoulder irritation just two weeks after starting therapy. They later returned for Achilles tendinitis and hamstring tendonitis, where Morgan helped increase strength and range of motion, effectively reducing pain and inflammation. Patients appreciate that the PTs spend more time with them (half an hour every visit) and are very responsive to any changes in their bodies. The clinic offers much more than the standard treatments, including manual massage, frequent scraping, and dry needling. The PT aides also get to know all their clients, making the experience friendly and supportive. Chris is noted as an amazing running coach, having put together a fantastic program for another patient returning from injuries. Was treated for vertigo issues. Staff and environment was fantastic at all times. It was nice walking in and everyone at the front desk already knew my name. I worked specifically with Dr. Dilsaver, during that time she listened to my issues and came up with a custom recovery plan that was both effective and easy to perform at the house.
