Touch of Zen Massage Therapy

Purchased the couples massage and after calling lots of times and leaving text and voice mail messages for a week trying to schedule. I am now trying to get a refund. I do not recommend this place, extremely unprofessional and flaky from first impression. if you want a dependable massage therapist.....this is not it.

I bought a Couple massage and had it scheduled. The massage therapist was sick and they rescheduled for another time. Everyone was shut down due to covid so we were told we would be contacted to reschedule at a later time. No she won’t answer phone calls or messages. Poor customer service!

I can't review the actual massage because she wouldn't schedule me an appointment. I bought a $30+ Groupon and wanted to use it because after two surgeries, I needed it. Here's how trying to book an appointment has gone: Called and left message May 21st, no return. Call and left message and texted I wanted to use my Groupon before the end of the month on May 28th, did get a text back saying can't book anything till after June 1st. I replied back, "Okay so can I get a date scheduled after that? No reply. Tried to contact her June 1st, June 4th, and June 18th, still no reply. I wanted to support her being local, but I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone Very unprofessional.
