James and the Top Tier crew did an amazing job on my roof! He was able to get my insurance approved for a roof replacement. He walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. I highly recommend James and his company!

I was always very skeptical of the calls that came from roofers for free inspections after storms but the timing was right and I took the call when James called and I’m glad I did. Sometimes people are put in front of you when you need them and James was a blessing. James did a thorough inspection and explained the hail damage that he found that we had no idea was there and then helped us file the claim with the insurance who had their adjuster come out and verified. James and his team did an immaculate and professional job and even when it was discovered that some nails were left behind in the cul-de-sac when the crew was done and gone. I love those people, we had them come and do a new kitchen remodel in our home. They are fast working and get the job done in a timely manner and do a fantastic job. They clean up after themselves, which is plus! The owner is very hands on with his company and drops by to check the progress regularly. I highly recommend to use this company for any home restoration/ remodel!
