I was always very skeptical of the calls that came from roofers for free inspections after storms but the timing was right and I took the call when James called and I’m glad I did. Sometimes people are put in front of you when you need them and James was a blessing. James did a thorough inspection and explained the hail damage that he found that we had no idea was there and then helped us file the claim with the insurance who had their adjuster come out and verified. James and his team did an immaculate and professional job and even when it was discovered that some nails were left behind in the cul-de-sac when the crew was done and gone. James came out and personally made sure every last nail was picked up. This is a professional that takes pride in his work and backs it up with the service he provides. I will highly recommend James and Top Tier to everyone I know.
