Had an awesome experience at Tommy’s Car Wash. The staff was super friendly, professional, and actually took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. My car came out looking spotless inside and out. Big shoutout to Gabbi for always working hard and keeping the quality top tier. Definitely recommend coming here if you want your car looking brand new.
I recently used spot 3 at this car wash and had a less-than-satisfactory experience. The vacuums had very little suction, which made it difficult to properly clean the interior of my vehicle.
Additionally, after going through the wash, there was still bird residue left on the front of my car. I ended up removing it myself while drying. I did not take photos, as I was focused on drying my vehicle before it air-dried and left spots.
Considering the price paid for a monthly membership, the overall quality and performance did not meet expectations. It may be beneficial to address equipment maintenance and improve the effectiveness of the wash
Somewhat reliable place to wash your car. I have noticed sometimes the staff does not check certain appliances often enough. Ie: Tire Shine, Vacuum suction, Floor Mat cleaner & presoaking spay.
