Would 10/10 recommend Southwestern Remodeling for anyone looking for help with their next home project. To Kelly, Chad, Tony, Jeremy, Tyler, Hunter and Rick - thank you all for your great work, we love it! They completed the job weeks ahead of schedule and when they said they would do something, they did it. Great communication throughout the project, hats off to you all.

Southwestern Remodeling installed a backsplash in my kitchen. While there were some communication issues that led to an outcome I wasn’t completely happy with, Wes did fix some of the problems. A big part of the confusion stemmed from the initial sales process. The salesperson was friendly but seemed inexperienced, and a few important details weren’t clearly explained upfront. Ultimately, fully resolving my concerns would have been too complex, and the manager offered a full refund—not because he felt the work was subpar, but because I wasn’t completely satisfied when requested details went unmet. We had the best experience with Southwestern Remodeling. Chad and Peyton came out to look at project and were prompt to respond with details and estimate. They were so nice to work with and were able to quickly answer all the questions that came about. The team that did the work were wonderful and very professional. We couldn’t be happier.
