“This is my third review of Greenway Exteriors over a period of 18 months. John and his crew just completed a third project for us, completely replacing the siding and trim on our chimney. Everything I said previously still applies, which prompts me to note two other aspects of working with Greenway — reliability and consistency. All too rare these days. Everything about our experience with GE has been outstanding.

My review from earlier this year: I am adding to my review from last year because John and his crew just completed some additional work for us. Once again, everything about the experience was top notch/shelf/drawer. In addition, I wanted to mention that communication with the customer was outstanding, even through some scheduling difficulties that were entirely my fault. Another 5 star experience.

“After the hail storm in September of this year, I found myself needing a new roof, siding, window wraps, guttering and downspouts for my house. I talked with several contractors, but Gavin, with Mid-Kansas Exteriors is who I chose to complete all the work. Gavin explained the entire process with me, helped me coordinate colors and was available whenever I had a question. He followed through making sure the work was completed the way it was supposed to be and in a timely manner. All the crews were respectful of my property and never left behind a mess. “We hired Truett to put a new roof on our house a few years ago. Recently we had a large leak that caused severe damage to our ceiling in the kitchen. We contacted Truett to have them come look at the roof and we found out that the damage was caused by a large branch that had fallen and punctured a hole through the roof. Even though the damage had nothing to do with the installation of the roof Truett Roofing fixed it for us because it was under warranty. They didn’t have to do this but they did anyway. We can’t say how much we appreciate what they did and for the customer service that they provided.“

“TWG Roofing is the Best!! We had a unique situation in that a hail storm damaged our roof the week after we moved to another state and had not sold that home yet. Scott was amazing! He helped me manage the process long distance. He went to bat for us with the insurance company by going to the house several times to inspect, both with and without the insurance person to make sure we got what was needed and appropriate. We were not able to be physically present for any of this process because we now live in Minnesota and I am sure that without Scott's help this process would have been much more difficult and complicated. But Scott was there for us every step of the way, always communicating quickly and getting everything done in as short a time as possible so we could sell the house. I HIGHLY recommend Scott and TWG Roofing!“

“I met with Martin Jacobs from Kansas Siding and Home Improvements - what a phenomenal, honest individual! He was referred to me by some other satisfied homeowners he's worked with on various projects over the years. I am excited because I wanted to find a contractor to handle several projects for me - from my concrete slab driveway that I thought couldn't be saved to the front porch and walkway that just needs some TLC.Mr. Jacobs came out and provided an incredibly reasonable estimate and timeframe (weather permitting) and got to work.
