Most the people are very nice but the quality of my nails not so much. First off it took 15 minutes max for her to do my nails they turned out crooked, nails were different sizes and shapes, and there are a few super thin nails and a few super thick. My nails were also not laid down the best, so they started to lift at the bottom not even a few days after I got them done. I had a gift card the lady didn’t even tell me how much it was and took the whole gift card. Very friendly, speak relatively good English but need to work on their technique with the Drexel tool, did major damage to my nails. Between that and heavy handed with the file I walked out four sore and extremely sensitive nails almost down to my nail bed. After filing product off she didn’t do any manicuring. I will NEVER go back.

I came in an hour before closing so I felt bad, but I am so happy I stopped here for my nails. I think she did amazing and I loved the customer service, can’t wait to come back :))
