Incredible service.
I called at about 17:45 on a Friday evening and it is now 18:47 and my garage has been successfully fixed! Nick Schaffer was my technician and I would highly recommend. Not only was he able to fix my problem but he also took the time to explain to my kids what he was doing as they were very interested!
Nick Schaffer was the representative that was sent to our house to fix a single overhead door that was only opening 6 inches. It was a side overhead mount so that the car lift could be usefully used. It took him just a few minutes to figure out that it needed to be reset. It took him longer to get the ladder than it did to fix it! He kept readjusting it so that it closed better than it ever has. While lubing all the rollers on both the single and the double doors, he noticed that one side of the overhead spring was broken, which explains the weird noises I've been hearing lately!
