We had a new sidewalk and steps poured and new railing installed on steps and porch. Pure State did an excellent job and we are very happy with the result. We especially appreciated the way Taylor worked with us. He provided great suggestions, addressed concerns and questions and kept us well informed at each step. I had Radon maintenance done my fan went out. I wasnt sure what to do or where to go and googled it, and went off reviews. Day of appointment I received a call that he was 30 minutes out from my house which was helpful because I was at work. Service was done quickly and Blake W. was very patience and answered all my questions and walked me through what he did. I asked for what other services they offered and he gave me a pamphlet which was nice and I continued to ask if they did this and that and he said yes, free quotes too which I was happy about. I look forward to getting more service done with this company.
