I called Plumbco for a quote on replacing my hot water heater and Doris gave me the price after asking a few questions. The figure was significantly less than that quoted by another firm. The plumber, Butch Hanson, installed the new hot water heater and the price was the one quoted. A couple days later there was a gas odor. I called Mr. Hanson, who came to my home a couple hours later on a miserable, snowy, day. Finding nothing initially, he went into crawl space and located a leaking pipe that was unrelated to the job that he had done. They did a great job installing my water heater! They so the installations for a major home improvement store. I saved about $200 by calling directn- $100 off installation plus they obtained the water heater with a 12 year warranty that I wanted at contractor's price. I highly recommend them!
