Doctor Minez was fantastic with my Mr. Mittens, he doesnt usually like people but he was watching the door and waiting for her. We got 25% off for our first visit, they were awesome 10/10 would recommend.
The staff here has been incredible. I was in an emergency situation where I needed help with things beyond what they are required to do and they went out of their way to accommodate me and make sure my pitbull had the best chance of recovery!
My mother's cat is not a regular patient here. When I called, I got an appointment for 24 hours later. That was great. When I got there, only one person was in the waiting room. It was quiet, and there were no animal odors (we had cats, dogs, horses, and goats when I was a kid, so I know animal smells).
The facility was very clean. The receptionist was very nice and got us into an exam room right away. The exam person was very thorough and gentle with my mother's cat.
