Dr. Walker and the staff have always been amazing, everything is quick and professional. I’ve come in a few times and caught patients yelling at the front desk over co pays. This is my guess on what’s driven the bad reviews here
Visited today for a check-up. After reading the reviews, I was concerned. However, Everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional. Dr. Cotter was personable and courteous. The lady who took a blood sample was kind and friendly. The front desk personnel were also professional and friendly. Nothing negative to say.
Dr. Koehler has been my PCP for 30 years. I've always been treated with professionalism, compassion and kindness from him, the nurses, and every staff members. We've never had an issue in billing either. The best!! I will always recommend NWFP!
