New management has taken my concerns seriously and is actively working to help me feel more secure about getting a facial by providing sample products to try prior to appointments. Previous management never offered any kind of solutions despite numerous BAD reactions to their product line. I am glad that the new manager is working to find solutions.

Poor customer service. Like pulling teeth to get someone to help me. No compassion or empathy for people who have gone through medical crises or who are recovering from childbirth.

I love this clinic and the employees! The front desk staff are always professional and friendly! My most recent facial was done by Esperanza and it was a great experience. She answered all of my questions and explained each step in the process. I felt like I was in very good hands the whole time!
