I loved my job as a teller at this place, it was the management at this branch I had a problem with in the end. Management started trying to find ways to speed us up and cut the cash management service tellers hours. The reason why? I’m sure they would love to tell you. I’m also sure the company who created programs to track the progress of how fast we were going would love to explain as well. I loved the work I did, I always had fun with most of the employees I worked with. But when you raise the pay due to “inflation” by $1 dollar and then start trying to find ways to cut hours, that $1 dollar does absolutely nothing to help those employees pay their own bills....read full review

The wichita branch of loomis is one of the worst working experiences I've ever had, the branch manager alia absolutely hasn't had the slightest clue on what employee morale looks like. DOT regulations aren't followed in the slightest such as working in excess of 17 hour days, combined routes that take 8 hours minimum to complete, false promises of promotion, garbage pay, and excessive favortism over others. Not to mention alia is the most woke p.o.s manager I ever did see, caring more about numbers over wellbeing.

Loomis doesn't follow Dot Laws as far as limited hours allowed to be driven by a driver in one day. 18 hours driving a day is not it.Loomis Wichita still owes me $600 from a month ago and still hasn't paid. The manager of the Wichita KS. branch doesn't follow up on employee complaints
