I have had my hair done at JCPenney salon for a long time now and every single time I go the stylists there are always so welcoming and give me exactly what I want. Will continue receiving hair services here and I would rate each stylist 10/10 if I could ?

The start was super friendly and helpful. They were very kind - getting me a comfortable chair for my elderly mom and lip gloss for my 4-year old niece. This was very helpful for me and made them feel comfortable.

I have been going to Jcpenny now for now a year & I have to say that I love their salon on town west. Everyone is always so upbeat, kind, caring & they do whatever they can to make you comfortable. But not only that the stylists & the Salon are not about charging you a high ridiculous price where you can't afford. Them they are all about their service & integrity. If you want fantastic hair color, cuts or etc. I advise you go to this salon its the best! I love going there & will continue do so
