Based on my experience here, I received very good customer service. However, the haircut I received was pretty bad. What I asked for was nothing complicated or crazy. The individual I had cutting my hair just didn't seem to know what they were doing. Overall, would only recommend for a different hair stylist.
Kylie is a color genus! I came into the salon over two weeks ago not wanting my blonde hair and not knowing what to do. She knew exactly what to do and as this beautiful toner color slowly washes out I'll be back blonde again. Juno is awesome he took care of us he made my mother-in-law's hair look beautiful my only I have nothing against him he's awesome the best but their prices are outrageous for just not a wash but just a cut and curl your hair $70 about fell out I guess times are changing do you know I love you but I'm not going to JCPenney no more I can't afford it
