Ask for Jenny. I’d done so many home root touch-ups I looked like a yorkie terrier. I was scared to go back to my natural brunette color for fear the dye would turn my hair black. Jen is an expert! She softened it with a deep Auburn tone for two visits and gradually moved me to my desired dark chocolate color. A friend was so impressed that now he goes to her for specialty cuts. He has specific needs that requires a particular technique, and she’s the only person who hasn’t screwed it up in years.
