Customer service was really really nice ?♥️. Wish I knew about this place sooner. They’re quick to respond and I wanted to get my virgin black (asian) hair all the way to white which they were able to do perfectly in summary.My previous salon did me very dirty so I went here to see if they could fix it and Gabby really took her time with me and kept checking if I was okay, it took 3 different session/days for her to get my hair the way I wanted and always checked in every time. And during the bleaching, as it would take awhile considering my hair she kept checking in to see if I was okay, needed or wanted anything so I really appreciate that! Lucy always does a phenomenal job, and for a fantastic price! You can tell she really loves what she does. The environment is classy, but welcoming, and there is an amazing array of skincare and haircare products to browse through.
