We moved into our house back in August of 2020 and had the roof replaced by Hobson before moving in. During the winter we began to see little spots on the ceiling of our living room and soon discovered that our exhaust vent had become disconnected from the flashing when the roof was replaced. During a couple weeks of snow, ice, and negative temperatures, all the hot air from the exhaust was going directly into the attic and melting the roof snow into the attic/ceiling. I called Hobson on a Saturday and within 30 minutes the owner was at our house looking in the attic/reconnecting the flashing.
