My parents pre-planned their services after finding out our father had terminal cancer. When he passed, Bethany was very professional, caring and guided us through the process. When, unexpectedly, our mother passed two months later, her help was so integral to navigating through the following days. She helped maintain timelines and coordinated with others to make sure we had whatever was needed, prior to the funeral, was provided. Wonderful people who knew exactly what I needed. I miss my daddy so much. The director did a huge thing by making me go see his body in casket. He looked so good even after almost 3 weeks. Seeing him all cleaned up not in hospital truly helped my last image of him to be peaceful. I love you pops.
