I was scheduled on a Friday morning. My appointment card said it was at 9:00 am. I arrived at 10 minutes til 9:00 am only to be told my appointment was for 8:30am. I told the lady at the front that my appointment card said 9: 00 am. She asked if I brought it with me. I told her it was at home on the fridge. So I'm either 20 minutes late or 10 minutes early. Either way it wasn't my fault. She said she was going to check to see if they could squeeze me in. She walked around the corner and turned right back around and said they were unable to squeeze me in. I'm really disappointed in the customer service at this location. Dr Christie Rose is a wonderful doctor and person. She explains everything in detail so you understand what she is telling you. Plus she has always shown kindness to us by helping us get the least expensive prescriptions and medications. She is a great doctor with a great big heart.
Dr. Kuhl is an exceptionally nice eye Dr. If you have any questions he is willing to sit with you and explain in detail. Very nice mannerisms. His team is wonderful as well. Really great staff all the way around. I highly recommend Dr. Kuhl and his team.
