I appreciate the optometrist and their support staff but I very much was irritated with the email request for filling out medical history online which I did only to find at the end, a request to load credit card information for payment. If you don’t do that your medical information you just spent 20 minutes providing is negated. I know I have no deductible or other payments to make. This really irritates me.

No long check in lines, and I was called back to see the Dr. right away. The technician who did the preliminary exam seemed quite knowledgeable. The Dr. took time to answer my questions. I'm recommending Dr. Kate Holthaus to others.
