Reception staff was kind. However, when we took our kid, they never checked for hip dysplasia. Now 1.5 years later, we have a doctor that caught it, and we have a long road ahead to correcting the issue. Heartbreaking and infuriating to know that all we needed was for the doctor to check for this, and it likely could’ve been remedied sooner.

GraceMed is a joke I had to get new dentures and I had to have my bottom plate fixed several times adjusted..I highly do not recommend them if they adjust them they want to keep charging your insurance.. I cannot even wear my new bottoms at all.2 time's of going in and they still can't get it right don't wast your time.

They called 30 mins before scheduled appointment time to change time and location of my appointment but yet I have to call 24 hrs in advance to not get marked as no show if I want to change time or place. Once I get to my appointment I wait an hr and half to be called back and another 30 mins for the Dr. Once I tell the Dr my issue he tells me it's all in my head. Thanks grace med ?? if I could give zero stars I would. Wouldn't waste my time or money here. Drs shouldn't be telling patients it's in their head!!
