Professor Fox has brought together an amazing group of instructors and students who make it such an enjoyable and safe environment to train. The women’s only class is the cherry on top because it connects you with other women who are dedicated to their own training, as well as supporting each other both inside and outside the gym.

Love this place! There are many classes to choose from with great instructors and fantastic people to train with. They'll crack jokes and push you to do your best all in the same breath. Also, Fox is tough yet safe training for a smaller woman like myself. If you are looking for a gym that will offer group fitness, lifting, kettlebell, kickboxing, or jiu jitsu, this is honestly just a great space.

Great place to learn jiu-jitsu for all ages. Kid friendly environment. Great place to learn different self-defense or captive sports. All the coaches are invested in your development and growth.
