I was looking for a remodeler to do a kitchen project. Saw the Five Star van going down the road. Called. Them, and they responded right away. I had called numerous other remodelers and they either did not respond or gave an estimate without seeing the place (more than likely didn’t want another job). Johnathon came out, listened to what we were looking for, worked up an estimate within a week. Discussed. Work schedule, and when they could start, worked out good for both of us since the appliances I ordered would be in about mid renovation. Johnathon and his. Crew were fantastic, Rachel kept in touch with my wife through out, good side kick for Johnathon. Paul and Josh were outstanding, great at keeping us up to date on how they were doing, or if there was an issue that needed Johnathons attention. Our project was pretty good size since it was a kitchen and a breakfast nook. We pretty much gutted it, and went from there. Ceiling, wiring of numerous lights (we only had 2 to begin with), cabinets (had only 4 in original), flooring tile, and walls. Project turned out better than we could of expected. New cabinets, can lights, under cabinet light (which I highly recommend), walls, and floor tiling. Johnathon stuck to budget, kept me up to date good or bad, some adjustments had to be made, very knowledgeable and professional . Would answer when called or get back to me very quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIVE STAR REMODELING TO ANYONE. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND CLEAN.
Beyond impressed with this company! My husband and I recently got swindled by "would be contractors " that left us with an unoperable bathroom we couldn't use for a year and a half. 5 star remodeling came in and fixed us up. The guys were kind, professional and on time. I could not be happier with our working relationship and plan on using them again for many more upcoming projects! If you are on the fence about who to use and trust in your home, I highly recommend these folks! 5 star Remodeling for sure!
