Joe Earnest contacted me shortly after I had asked Lorrie Johnson for a second opinion on an issue on my roof. He said he was close to my area and could stop by later. Joe did stop by as promised. He was very professional and courteous and took the time to explain the situation with the furnace vent pipe on my roof. I thought he was going to give me a quote on fixing the issue but he said he had some supplies in his truck and quickly took care of it. He also looked at my skylight and explained how the condensation happens with that. I enjoyed visiting and learning from Joe and appreciate the time he spent in explaining.
