We just recently moved to town, and chose the vet closest to our house. I'm so glad we did because my cat and puppy's first appointments were wonderful. The staff and techs really treated my fur babies as their own. Dr Bayliff's warm, calm energy is wonderful and he really covers all the details, doesn't seem to be bothered by lots of questions. He's very reassuring. I look forward to my pets being seen here for the rest of our time in Wichita.
I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. They took such wonderful care of my cat, Rosie, when she recently needed surgery. The entire process was incredibly smooth, they explained everything in great detail and took the time to answer every single one of my questions. I also found the surgery to be very reasonably priced.
The communication was excellent. They kept me updated throughout the day, and Dr. Bayliff personally called me as soon as the surgery was finished to let me know how she was doing.
