I usually get my toes done I like the color selection and every time been great so I decided to get my eyebrows done first I didn’t like the layout felt close in and I started to second guess but the woman was nice so I let her anyways this was the next morning….

I’ve been going here for years to get my eyebrows done but the last handful of times she’s completely rushed, missed a lot of hairs, & never gives me a clean good shape anymore. I’ve tried to give multiple chances but I don’t think I’ll be returning after today.

I told my self about 2-4 years ago I would never come back to this place , it I found myself back in here. The last time I went here, they really messed me up, the picture w it h the hot pink nails were the first time and the white ones were the most recent set I got from there. The lady was doing my nails and got very aggressive and angry after I asked her to shape them more. I explained to her that I'm paying for it so I want them to look how I liked them. But I will be going back but if I get the customer service I got today, it will be the final straw.
