I walked in frustrated over a laptop charger that my dog chewed! Really sad but true. The employee was so nice and fixed it quickly. And without a charge for service. Interaction took less than two minutes and I was on my way!

I was in the process of building my own computer at home. I had a question/concern in which they answered kindly. They were very helpful and friendly. They will be my repair/service business for my future needs.
These guys saved my butt twice now when I had two hard drive failures. Not only did they salvage the drive but they were able to do so without losing any of my data. I'll definitely keep taking my tech issues to them.
