Caring Hearts Vet Clinic offers attentive service and great care for pets, with a friendly and knowledgeable veterinarian who prioritizes the well-being of animals. The clinic is highly recommended for its reasonable charges and transparent approach, earning the trust of long-term clients who appreciate the caring and understanding treatment of their beloved companions. The veterinarians, including Dr. Geri and Dr. Dalton, are experienced and take the time to discuss options and get to know each animal individually, whether puppy, adult, or senior. However, some clients have noted that the front desk staff can be dismissive and rude, especially when answering questions or making appointments. The clinic's policy states that they prioritize emergencies over appointments and walk-ins, but there have been complaints about communication and wait times, with doctors only working afternoons and being fully booked for weeks. Despite these issues, many clients remain loyal because of the excellent care provided by the doctors.
Been going here for at least 10 years, great vets at a great price. They truly have Caring Hearts, th name is fitting. Photo is Gerri loving on a very, very sick stray kitty that I brought in. She went above and beyond for him and even helped find him a home.
Dr Frazier took in our dog here recently when she was not eating and getting sick, for what ended up being a major surgery. He wasn’t his normal self, and had been throwing up. Because of the nature of the surgery he later developed an infection (common with grass removal surgeries according to multiple vets) and did a revision surgery as well. All of the techs and Dr. Dalton & Dr. Gerrie showed so much care and… read full review
