Big Bob’s Flooring is the best flooring store in town. Customers had laminate put throughout their whole house and they did a fine job from start to finish. The installers knew what they were doing and everything turned out great. Customer service was top notch. It is a great local shop with good prices and a huge selection in-stock. The installers actually showed up when they said they would, offering the best value in ICT. One customer had hardwood flooring installed and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The quality of the hardwood and craftsmanship exceeded expectations, leaving the home looking clean, modern, and elegant. Another had 845 sq ft of LVP installed and the crew was professional the entire way through. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful, able to answer all questions and put carpet down as quick as needed. Customers would call and use their services anytime and highly recommend them.
Very happy with our new LVP floors and how the team handled finding mold that we had no idea was there prior to them removing our old floors. That was an understandably scary experience for us but they took control of the situation, provided a fair additional cost, and replaced the structures that were affected. Our home is now safe and looks way better. I also really appreciate their responsiveness.
Big Bobs has a great crew, representatives and installers. I have had two floors replaced in the past year, and marvel at their workmanship and dedication to doing a great job.
Raj was a delight to work with! Professional and even showed up during the installation of the floor. Would highly recommend Bob’s for flooring!
