I'm not normally the type to leave reviews but Brown Reclusinator Pest Control was soo exceptional, so beyond my expectations, I felt compelled to leave my thoughts. I live in a very neat and tidy basement apartment but recently noticed a few spiders and bugs here and there. I disregarded it at first, but after getting bit by a little beetle known as the "Kissing or Chagas Bug" -- and requiring specialized testing from the CDC as a result (the Kissing Bug can carry a parasite that, if passed on, results in "Chaga's disease -- a potentially life-threatening and non-curable disease that affects 10 million people, mostly in South America.) While reports of disease transmission in Kansas are quite rare, the bug itself is quite common and considered a growing threat by medical professionals. Fortunately, I did not end up acquiring the parasite, but I could have and the lesson remains: spiders and bugs belong outside. They are not just a nuisance -- sometimes it's a matter of safety for you and your family. Normally I am worried about chemical treatments for the same reason, however, this is where Brown Reclusinator has you covered there too with products that are safe and natural. They used a diatomaceous and clove powder spray in my attic and basement ceiling areas along with natural sprays along with the corners and wall lines. I have not seen a bug since! Furthermore, they were super professional, very tidy, and did an outstanding job! I HIGHLY recommend Brown Reclusinator. If you want it done right, safely, and professionally, look for further!

This Company was reliable & the exterminator was very good to work around the tenants miscellaneous items, furniture and used pet friendly spray - definitely a return customer when we have another spring rain infestation.
