Becky and Lacey at the Central location are professional, compassionate, and really made the experience as pleasant as it can be. All aspects of the process are clearly outlined in a packet of information that they provide so you know exactly when and what to do. Becky and Lacey were both understanding and very compassionate. After being treated with disrespect and unprofessionalism by Central Funeral Services, I came here (6100 E. Central). All of their prices were listed on the website. They were upfront about everything. I knew what I wanted. It did not take long getting everything in order. I had my own stylist and makeup artist. All I truly needed Baker to do was prepare the body. They were accommodating, easy to talk to, and professional. Thank you for being understanding when dealing with the death of a loved one.
