Ascension Medical Group Via Christi on East 21st

Dr Hoppock was out of the office and I met with his PA Rachel. She was fantastic, so very personable, intelligent and kind. She really helped me and I was feeling pretty darn bad!! The other women in the office were awesome, very kind and patient. I love Dr Hoppock, he's the best GP I've ever had but in his place meeting Rachel was a wonderful experience and I'd like to thank her with all my heart with the help she gave me ?! It truly is the best clinic I've ever been to, and at age 69 I've been to a quite a few, lol! Thank you sincerely to everybody who provided me assistance I could not recommend this clinic more highly!

De. Bjorkman was excellent with the children and did a great job answering questions, however, the experience with reception was terrible. I am due to have a baby in 10 days and they had me come back to the desk 3 times to provide information they could have gotten all at 1 time. They also had issues with their payment system and ended up charging me 3 co-pays instead of 2. They also did not offer/remind me to request school excuse notes so I had to go back to get them.

Check in was quick and thorough. V. Anderson, APRN is always knowledgeable and candid with my possible diagnosis, yet empathetic to my experience. I always leave feeling like she truly cares for my well being and with a plan to find resolution. Labs were quick and efficient.
