My PCP is awesome at explaining everything where I can understand it. She's very informative and is happy to answer any questioððàŕns I might have. She also is willing to go the holistic route when warrented. The nurses are very kind as well.
I did not find Dr. Riddell to be at particularly empathetic person. My doctors in the Kansas City Metro area have always been friendly yet professional, understanding, and empathetic. I did not feel this with the back staff at this office.
The lobby is always clean an not packed full of sick people the office personnel are always friendly,if they don't know something they are quick &polite to find out. Dr. Nickel is is the best an I feel very blessed to have her as my Dr.!
