This is where I've been taking my dog since I've had him almost 5 years. No complaints in the past. My only complaint this time was that when I took my dog's sample in and they said they would give me a call, i was cool with that. I know that they close at 5:30. So at 4:30 I hadn't heard from them. I called for an update. She had to go and check to see if my my sample and diagnosis (i assumed) was ready and it wasn't. She said she'd call me back. And she did, about 20 minutes later and told me that they're going to give him some medicine and I needed to get there before 5:30 which didn't give me a whole lot of time and i live a distance from them and was heading home… read full review
My first time there. It is close to where I live. I thought everyone was very helpful & understanding. I thought they treated my small dog with care & respect, they made sure he was comfortable. I would definitley take my pet there again. Thank you everyone!
The staff is always so helpful and friendly. We are very happy to find them. They also accept our pet insurance which was hard to find anywhere in Wichita that did. They know our pup by name and always seem genuinely happy to see her. The front desk gal is the sweetest. I have to talk(get) to her every month to have my pups anxiety pills refilled. Also, just had a tumor removed from my girls ear and they were very upfront about prices and procedure's before the surgery. There were no surprises at the end.
